Tak puas dan tak bahagia dengan pekerjaan sungguh menyiksa. Bila sudah tak tahan, mulai mencari pekerjaan lain, alternatif yang banyak dilakukan orang. Tapi bila pindah pekerjaan dirasa tak memungkinkan, harus ada cara lain untuk membuat Anda menikmati hari-hari bekerja.

Langkah berikut mungkin bisa membantu Anda untuk lebih semangat bekerja:

1. Berpikir Positif.

Manfaatkan kesempatan istirahat siang untuk melakukan kegiatan yang menyenangkan, berjalan-jalan, membaca buku kesukaan. Atau untuk para wanita, berbelanja bisa jadi kegiatan yang menyenangkan. Mood Anda biasanya lebih baik setelah melakukan aktivitas menyenangkan.
