The modern concept makes Meja became the cozy one to spend your time, making friends, eat and taste the difference of rich and delicious food Bartender/Bartendress Responsibility Take beverage orders from servers or directly from guests or patrons Mix ingredients, for instance; soda, sugar, bitters or fruit juice Collect cash for beverages or drinks served and record sales Maintain record and control of bar stock and arrange supplies Mix drinks, water and other components to get ready cocktails and other drinks Clean glasses and additional utensils Sanitize ice tanks, coolers, and other bar tools Serve beverages and food Order bar supplies Place bottled merchandise and glasses to make a smart display Clean bar area and wash glassware Replace drink tanks as they are finished Serve snacks to patrons seated at the bar Slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks Prepare appetizers, for instance; cheese, pickles, and cold meats   Requirement Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent. Takes food and beverage orders from patrons, answers questions regarding prices, substitutions, quality or quantity of menu items, and availability of menu items. Delivers food and beverages to tables; waits on tables to insure that patrons are supplied with beverage refills or clean utensils when desired. Removes dishes and utensils; cleans and dusts tables and chairs; fills sugar, salt, and pepper containers; sweeps floors. Assists in setting up and taking down tables and chairs; places clean utensils and napkins on tables. Assists in setting up for banquets or special functions. Performs related work as required. Send them to the suppliers. Review inventories and order as required. Interact with the suppliers on a day to day basis. Review deliveries against the orders. Track the status of any orders. Deal with non supplied, under orders, over orders and damaged goods. Ensure that any invoices are sent to accounts for payment. Produce and maintain all reports. Manage any procurement activities including RFP's (Request For Proposals).
